CG Scholarship 2024: Chhattisgarh Government has announced the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2024-2025 on the Post Matric Scholarship Portal.
The process of online application form has been started. This scholarship has been started mainly for SC and ST category students. Candidates who are eligible for this scholarship program. And those students who are interested to get this scholarship can apply online on the official portal- postmatric-scholarship.cg.nic.in. Online scholarship applications for SC, ST and OBC students studying in Chhattisgarh state for the academic year 2024-25 scholarship will be invited from 09/09/2024 to 30/10/2024.
CG Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria :
To avail the scholarship offered by Chhattisgarh state government, students must fulfill the following eligibility criteria including their financial status, educational background and other factors. The criteria for Chhattisgarh scholarship are listed below
- Student should be a resident of Chhattisgarh.
- Students must pass final examinations.
- Annual household income from all sources cannot exceed Rs 1,00,000 for OBC category and Rs 2,50,000 for SC/ST category.
- It is mandatory for the student to have valid caste, residence and income certificate.
- Student must have Aadhar Card.
- Student must have Bank passbook.
OTR Registration : To avail Chhattisgarh Scholarship for the academic year 2024-25 NSP One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory to apply for Chhattisgarh Post-Matric Scholarship for SC and ST applicants only. How to Apply for CG Scholarship?
Students interested in CG Scholarship programs can apply on the official website of CG Scholarship- scholarship.up.gov.in. Registration for Post-Matric Scholarship programs for the academic year 2024-25 started on September 09, 2024 and applicants can apply online till October 30, 2024. Candidates have to follow the following steps to fill the online application form.
Step 1: Visit the official website of SSP postmatric-scholarship.cg.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the 'Students Corner' option there.
Step 3: If you are a new user, create a new account.
Step 4: Step 4: Now, go back to the home page and enter the required details to complete the CG Scholarship Registration 2024- 25 and Login with the registration number and password received.
Step 5: After login please fill the required details and upload the scanned document in the format.
Step 6: Verify the details entered and submit the details for Chhattisgarh Post Matric Scholarship Portal 2024-25.
What are the documents required for CG scholarship application?
To apply for CG Scholarship the student must have the following documents:
- Aadhaar card.
- Enrollment number.
- Ration Card
- Final qualifying examination marksheet.
- Caste certificate.
- Income certificate.
- Residential Certificate.
- Bank Passbook.
Necessary information:
Students should give only that bank passbook which has Aadhaar DBT link because the scholarship payment is Aadhaar based. The money is paid in the same account in which Aadhaar DBT is linked. If your account is not linked to Aadhaar DBT, then Aadhaar is available wherever you have a bank account. Fill the form to link DBT.
To link bank account with Aadhaar number to receive scholarship, please visit your bank branch and submit “Bank Consent Form for Receiving DBT”. You can check which bank your Aadhaar number is linked to on NPCI Mapper here https://resident.uidai.gov.in/bank-mapper or through an Aadhaar-enabled micro-ATM machine of any of these banks.
